Hello & thanks for posting on HCM
Nose bleeds are normally related to friable blood vessels insied nostril lining which bleed if one has itchy nose internally secondary to dryness / infection.
As long as there is no other bleeding sites actively - one can be assured that underlying blood disorder is unlikely.
You must sit up & bend your neck forward if bleeding starts , then pinch nose very tightly so that you can only breathe through mouth.
Apllication of ice packs on cheeks & forehead helps as well.
If bleeding still continues/ gets worse you must get checked by ENT specialist who can find a bleeder & cauterise it at the same time active bleeding is happening
Hope this helps

Hi,
There are many causes for nose bleeds, these are some of the major ones-
allergies
dry air
aspirin use
common cold
deviated septum
foreign body in the nose
trauma
alcohol
bleeding disorders

Since you seem to keep having nose bleeds intermittently, its only prudent that you get a check up by an ENT specialist. After some tests he/she can find out the cause for your nose bleeds.

I hope this helped
