Nose Bleeds, Pain In Temple. Got Hit On Cheek & Back Of Head. Remedy?

i got hit by someone on my cheek, and back of the head, my temple hurts too but imn unaware if i was hit their, i have a black eye and i keep getting nosebleeds i was hit 3 days ago too. there not very bad nose bleeds its just theres dry blood up one nostril and i pick it and it wet snot comes back with blood in i have blown my nose several times and blood comes out in a snot mixture, help me please

Hello. Welcome to hcm.

When you got hit,one of blood vessels ruptured in your nose and that is the cause of bleed. Also a fracture should be ruled out. Black eye is collection of blood and it will go in a week or two.

I advice you to undergo a x ray to rule out fracture. Dont blow your nose as blowing nose dislodges the clot formed to stop bleeding and may cause infection spreading to body. Visit a surgeon if bleeding is persistent so that he can pack your nose and stop bleeding. Apply ice packs for black eye.
