The commonest causes for recurrent nasal bleeds are either congenital weakness of the walls of minute, delicate blood vessels in the nose; or, these vessels get damaged by inserting the finger in nose.
You may consult your ENT surgeon who will plug the leak by burning it with laser beam. Its' just a 2 minutes procedure- done as an outdoor patient. it will be a permanent cure.
A rare cause can be a growth in the back of the nose. The ENT doctor will examine inside your nose and identify either of the causes mentioned above.
