Nose Block, Severe Cough, Chills, Low Appetite, Sore Ears, Tiredness. History Of Sinus Infection. Advice

Hi for the past 72 hours I have had the following symptoms:
Nose blockage
Coughing- to the point of my stomach and abdominal area hurts
Occasional Chills
Light headedness
Loss of appetite
Mild fever
No bowel movement
Slight nasaeu
Sleepiness
Sore earsears

What could be wrong with me? I have a history of getting sinus infections, but never with these symptoms..

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Blockage in nose,runny nose,itchy ,cough chills, loss of appetite,sore ears as all seems to be due to a VIRAL INFECTION.
Flu like symptoms, you have to take simple paracetamol 650 mg for 4-5 days and that's the treatment.
If cough persist you have to be careful that it may be due allergic bronchitis and in that situation you have to avoid certain allergens.
Bowel movement , stomach pain, loss of appetite all are due to viral so need not to worry.
Use plenty of fluids in various form as water, juice, soft drinks etc.
