Not Able To Retract The Foreskin In Erect Position. What Is The Treatment?
Hi. I am 25 male from India. I fear I have a short frenulum. I am able to retract my foreskin all the way down when its flaccid, but the foreskin doesnt move beyond head when it is erect. What is the possible treatment & how much will be the expenses, & how much time will it take to heal?. Suggest me some good hospitals in Noida where I can undergo this surgery

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
a band of adhesion between frenulum and foreskin preventing retraction of foreskin over glans after erection.
The only treatment option is to excise the band under local anaesthesia.This is mino surgery done as a out patien procedure.by a General Surgeon.
The cost may be roughly 4-5 thousand rupees in Noida.
