Not Getting Pregnant And Have Sharp Pains In Right Pelvic Area After Left Tube And Ovary Removal. Should I Worry ?

I had my left tube and ovary removed a few months ago due to an ovarian cyst.

Its now 6 months later, we've been trying to get pregnant...my periods always start 1st-3rd its now 12th and I still haven't started. I've taken 2 pregnancy test that were negative and now I'm having sharp stabbing pain in my right pelvic area. On a scale 10 worst 1 least my pain is about a 6.

Is this something to worry about?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Mam ! I really understand your pain, and I would like to advise you that you have history of cystic disease and you had surgery done for this reason only so in my opinion better to get done the ultrasonography for this just rule out the possibility of underlying pathology of remaining tube, have nice day.
