Not Getting Pregrenant..

We are trying for a baby for the last 8 months. My wifes age is now 29 and my age is 31 We did various tests . My sperm count and sperm function seems to be fine with the test we did a few months back. My wife always had regular period and that too with Pain. We did ultrasounds and also checked her tubes and both of them seem to be fine.Her eggs also seem to be forming fine. Her periods have been always regular throughout her life,just that they are painful. We started monitoring her process of ovulation using ultrasound as suggested by the doctor and the 1st time (after 6 months of trying after all above test) when we did ultrasound for a full cycle, we noticed the egg didnt rupture and turned into a hoerramoagic cyst. This scan was done after 6 months of trying.We arent sure whether this is the cause for my wife not getting pregranant all this while since , she always has been having regular periods (with pain during periods and even signs of slight pain during her ovulation). she takes a lot of stress and tension and not sure whether this issue of follilcle not rupturing is one off thing. Currently we have inducted in ovulation treatment, but arent really sure w.r.t to what could be the reasons for not getting pregrenant. Please advise.
