Noticed 3 Little Red Dots Between The Legs

Hello. I have 3 little red dots on my taint I guess you could call it that hurt when I go to the bathroom/ walk around. They appeared about 2 days ago and I m not sure what this means. At first I thought the area was just very dry... but now I m so sure. Any idea what is it?

Hi,

It may be an infection of hair follicles..called folliculitis. However,consultthe nearby Dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.A short course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs would help.
