Today at school I noticed pain in my right temple I looked in the mirror and noticed a blue vein starting from my eye and slowing rising to my hairline? Is it a blood lot? Or sinus pressure 0? I did notice when I blew my notice today my head got really tight like someone taking your blood pressure would

It appears to be prominent temporal artery on the right side of temple area. It is quite common to find this type of appearance in post middle aged persons.
