Noticed A Dark Grey/purple Anus Opening Just Like A Ring Around My Anus

Hi, im worried about a dark grey/purple anus opening. Its like a ring around my anus and it feels very normal. It does not hurt when I go to the toilet or touch it. I done anal masturbation some times. I just dont know if its serious? Can you please help me?

If there is nopain intouching or passing stool then nothing to worry. May bedue to matrubation. Do sitzbath and apply anovate ointment in anal canal. With this step slowly it will improve.
