Noticed A Dull Ache On The Lower Abdomen And Nausea

I have had a dull ache on my lower ride abdomen for several weeks now. I have had some vomiting without any nausea. I also feel light headed from time to time. My gallbladder was removed many years ago - so that cannot be the problem. Have had appendicitis in the past but the pain was much sharper than the dull ache I am experiencing now.

Hi. If you are a known case of appendicitis , please get investigated with high resolution ultrasonography / CT , confirm - if appendicitis , get operated before any complication is anticipated.
