Noticed A Large Lump At The Bottom Edge Of The Penis

Hi, i have a large under the skin lump on my bottom at the edge of my cheek about 2cm from my anus. It is somewhat uncomfortable and i can squeeze puss from it, thick white puss mixed with blood and sometimes a yellowy runny liquid, similar to a spot. Could you provide guidance as to what this may be?

not to worry much as this is benign condition like infected sebaceous cyst leading to abscess formation

if really worries you can go for an FNAC test for confirmation
