Noticed A Lump During Intercourse, What Is The Problem ?

Ok, so my fiancé and I were having sex, and while she was bent over I went with a finger back door, there was some type of lump in there. I've tried a few other times over the last two years and it has not gone away. Also, we used to do anal in the past, and now she can't even take a finger without wanting to poo, or actually pooping everywhere. We have no medical, so getting it looked at would be expensive.

Hi,
Im afraid your fiance needs medical attention. She needs to have a proctoscopy to determine what this lump is. I really think she should have it looked at. Best case scenario, its a cystic lesion or piles. Worst case scenario is malignancy. But it does need to be looked at.
