Noticed A Lump Under The Breasts

I am 65, I had a mammogram 2 weeks ago, I got a letter a week or so later & said I was fine, & did not feel any thing until last Fri. night when I started having pain in my right breast. I took a look & saw a light yellow coloring & felt a bump just under the skin above the nipple, today is Sun. & it is still there, should I be worried or is that something that happens sometimes?

Oncologist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
This does not look like cancer, especially as the mammo is normal. In case it persists beyond a week, please consult your doctor.
Hope this helps,
Regards
