Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possible causes for your bleeding are;
Post-coital bleeding
Local lesions like cervical erosion or polyp
Sometimes increased blood supply to local organs during pregnancy can also lead to bleeding.
And implantation bleeding may also be one possibility.
Sometimes urine pregnancy test kits may not detect early pregnancy. So you once go for blood test or repeat the urine test after few days.

Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

Thanks for posting your query to HCM,

Your are planning for baby and if you miss your period then there is strong possibility of good news.

Urine test takes some time to become as HCG level rises and comes in blood first and then in urine may be 4 -5 days.

You can wait for few days and if there is no period then repeat the UPT( Urine Pregnancy Test).

You can also see a Gynecologist to confirm pregnancy by Beta HCG level in blood.

Implantation bleeding occurs approximately 6 to 12 days after ovulation and fertilization and is spotting ,other possibilities are postcoital(Trauma) or internal lesion like ulcer or polyp.

It may be associated with lite cramps.

If your test is positive for pregnancy consult Gynecologist for proper guidance and necessary supplements.have a safe motherhood.

Take care

Good luck
