Noticed Blood Clot After Urination. Home Pregnancy Test Negative. Concerned
Hi there, i took a home pregnancy test which came out negative.
I however do not feel normal, as i had my menstruation for three days, max and i normally have a 7 day cycle.
Last night after urinating, i had two blood clots on paper after wiping me, i did not bleed any before or after. I am so scared for threatened miscarriage?
Hi and thanks for the query, It would be very important to get evaluated to know the exact origin of these clots. You have a miscarriage only when you ae pregnant. A negative pregnancy test indicates abdsence of pregnancy. Bleeding in pregnancy at times could be benign but could also be accompanied by some severe complications. Its worth knowing if you have experienced any symptoms of abdominal pain, painful urination, fever, purulent vaginal discharge or generally not feeling good lately. This might deserve a more detailed clinical evaluation and laboratory testing. I suggest you consult your gynecologist for proper medical care. Thanks and best regards, Luchuo, MD.
