Noticed Brown Discharge. Had Copper IUD Inserted. Having Low Back Pain. Cause? Sex?

I had the copper IUD inserted on march 17th and had it removed the next day on march 18th. I keep getting a brown blood discharge which today turned into a light pink blood discharge. I am also having lower back pains in the right side of my lower back. Is this normal and how long will the blood last for? Also I was told not to have sex for a week but was wondering if a condom was used if I would be able to have sexual intercourse??

hello,
Bleeding and cramps after removal of IUCD is normal but if it prolongs more than 2 months then you need to worry and consult your doctor. No intercourse must be avoided even with condom for atlest 7 days.Thank you.
