Noticed Intense Itchiness And Swollen Glands In Groin Area

Hi there
I am going to a doc next week but just wanted to ask if you could tell me what's going on with my body. I keep getting intense itchiness all over my body and have swollen glands in the groin area. This has been going on for some time now. Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
As you are having intense itching in the groin area agent causing this may be a fungus and it is called as jock itch.
I would like to suggest
1. You can apply Clotrimazole or miconazole cream, you need to apply cream to your groin area for the amount of time specified by your doctor.
2.Keep your skin clean and dry
3.Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch
4.If it is not improving you can take oral anti fungal drugs.
Thank you.
