Noticed Lump In The Penis. Feels Hard And Painful. What Medications Should I Use To Reduce It?
Hi. I have noticed a small lump on lower left end of my penis about a week ago and its about the size of a pea. I touched it and it felt hard and it is somewhat painful. I waited a week but it has not gone. I had sex about 3 months earlier and I know both me and my partner are clean, but is this caused by an std ? What medications should I use to reduce it or clear it ? Thanks.
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed a hard painful lump on the shaft of your penis . Mostly this looks to be a calcified plaque in the shaft of your penis ,however final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist. Normally these plaque fades away itself without any treatment. Please consult qualified urologist for clinical evaluation .and further treatment if required. Dr.Patil.
