Noticed Pain And Difficulty In Moving The Eyeball From Right Eye

I am having pain in the upper part of my eye when I look up from looking down. It feels like my eyeball is not moving up in my right eye without difficulty. It seems to be moving very slowly and makes my vision kind of double until the eyeball gets in the right place. I happened all of a sudden.

It appears tobe superior rectus paralysis righteye. Itis monocular effecting elevation. there will be diplopia when unefected eye is closed. Itmeans covertest can diagnose mono ocular diplopia. It canbe due to direct injury on muscle ornerve. Inmanagement the left eye can be ocluded forcing right eye torecover. visualacuity and refraction is tobe done. If requered corection istobegiven
