Noticed Pain Between The Chest Portion

Hi im having paint not sure if its my ribs or lunhs or chest its right between my breast.. I feel it everytime I bend over and sometimes when I sit down also when im sitting and moving right or left.... any idea what this is and if should get it checked

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having costo-chondritis ot Myalgia giving rise this problem.
Take ibuprofen as and when required.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
