Hi dear , As per your query you have bump on your ear and skin allergy from soap . Well there can be many reasons for skin itching and bump on ear . Sometimes skin become allergic to particular metal of ear rings and get swelled . I would suggest you to stop using that particular soap immediately and try ear piece of different metal . Apply cold compresses to affected area to get relieve from itchiness. Also take some anti histamine drug like bendryl .If condition doesn t improve in a day then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order patch test .
