Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be herpes progenitalis most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply acyclovir cream on the lesions. Tab Acyclovir 800mg thrice a day for few weeks may be taken. To prevent the relapses, it may be repeated. Avoid unprotected sex. Improve immunity and hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
