Noticed That The Bottom Of My Tongue Is Sore. Is This A Sign Of Mouth Cancer From Smokeless Tobacco?

I have been dipping snuff for alittle over 2 years now, im 19. I just recently have noticed that the bottom of my tongue is sore and there is tissue feeling like its being pulled off.. is this a sign of mouth cancer from smokeless tobacco? Please help me out. Thank you for your time taking my question in for consideration and if you reply.

It is related to smoking but not sign of cancer but it may precipatite cancer if continue smoke. So concern it as alarming sign and stop to smoke. Consult ent physician for tounge sore .
