Noticed Very Small Raised Bumps On The Lower Abdomen

I just noticed two or three small clusters (groups of 3 or 4 each) of very small, not red, not itchy, raised bumps on my lower abdomen. I checked and the bumps seem to be localized to just the areas I mentioned and nowhere else on the body. They don't hurt, but I found the arrangement to be strange and coincidental. I'm pretty sure they just popped up today. They may just be some small developing pimples, seeing as I workout and sweat quite often. A simple shower may help the problem, but I just wanted to know if it sounded like something else that you might know of.

It appears to be an allergic reaction, or a fungal infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, montelekast, grisofulvine, and ketokonazole soap.
