Numbness And Tingles Throughout Body With Headache. MRI Showed Cyst. Further Treatment?

I have had symptoms that have gotten worse since May of last year. I have numbing and tingling spread through out my body, words getting jumbled up, headaches , dizzy, blurriness, sun/light issues with my eyes, numbing in my legs and feet almost cold like, fallen a few times. blood work is normal MRI yesterday showed normal findings just incidental tiny pars intermedia versus Rathke s cleft cyst and right mastoid effusion .

Tingling and numbness are suggestive of peripheral nerve involvement and it is seen in many conditions like diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy due to alcohol consumption,and vitamin B12 deficiency.
I suggest you to go for investigations with the advice of your doctor like blood glucose, nerve conduction studies, and serum vitamin B12 levels.
Supplementation with B complex vitamins and Vitamin B 12 injections will help to treat any underlying deficiencies.
Therefore consult the physician for further management.
