Numbness In Fingertips, Change In Vision, Swelling In One Eye. Have Anorexia, Take Alcohol. Are These Connected ?

I have numbness in my fingertips. I have a change in vision, I have what seems to be eye swelling in one eye, but I think it is just a sensation, when I blink, I can't see for a little bit, as though something clouds my vision, it feels like something is poking my eyelid. I have anorexia. I struggle with alcohol abuse. Could all of these thing be connected?
