Numbness In Hands, Forearms, Around Mouth. Twitching In Thumb, Fingers. Cause?

Hi, I've had numbness in my hands and forearms for hours aswell as twitching in my thumb and lighter twitching in my fingers, I am also having numbness around my mouth with minor twitching. What would be the cause? I was out drinking last night, but no more than I have done in the past and I've never had this. I'm 28 and in good health, not overweight or anything
