numbness in both legs. MRI shows disc bulge at L3-L4 & L4-L5 levels with small annular tear and changes of disc desiccation causing indentation and pressure over the anterior surface of thecal sac.Disc protrusion with annular tear is seen at L5-S1 level causing indentation and pressure over thecal sac and causing pressure over the exiting nerve on left side

From the description of the MRI report it appears that there is a significant degenerative change in your lumbar spine causing neurological symptoms. The severity and spectrum of symptoms and signs will increase with time. so you need to act promptly. Get youself checked by a spine specialist either a orthopaedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon . Depending upon the neurological status a descision to start appropriate treatment can be taken immediately. Untreated it can lead to loss of bladder control and even paralysis of the lower limbs.
