Numbness Is Normal After Removal Of Cyst From Neck?

hi i had surgery monday they removed a cyst from the left side of my neck, my ear,cheek throat are still numb is that normal and i feel like my throat is swollen like there is something stuck in there and iam still very tired like all i want to do is sleep for days is all this normal
