Numbness, Tingling In Arms. Affecting Sleep. What Could It Be?

Lately at night and throughout the day I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my arms. Night time is worse, I wake up throughout the night because of my arms, so now it is affected my sleep. If I lean on my desk at work for as little as 5 minutes my arm is already asleep. I can not live like this, what is wrong with me? I am 24 years old, have no severe health problems except generalized anxiety . PLEASE HELP!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. At the age of 25 years so much of numbness means it is to be considered, it could be due to anaemia, spondylosis, avitaminosis, juvenile diabetis, or hypertension.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, You may need to get c.t. scan of the neck, blood sugar, etc for conferermation of the disease,
Besides i advise you some diet recommendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, fruits, juices, meat to provide iron and proteins to the body.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, cauli flower , coconut, egg, chicken, and sea foods as these may increase the numbness and pains of the joints.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
