OK... I Am A 51 Year Old Female. I Feel

OK...
I am a 51 year old female. I feel like I have a kidney infection. I had one years ago and it's was painful.
I have intense pressure on my bladder. My vaginal area is swollen. I have a metal taste in my mouth. I'm fine now, but last night could barely function. I have got to my local doctors 3 times. They said I didn't have a bladder infection but did show signs of irritation so gave me antibiotics 2 rounds. They systems come and go. I feel like it maybe a intestinal issue. Not sure what to look into. I've been chasing this for nearly 2 months now.
