Occasional Hazy Blue Area In Distant Vision. Alarming?

At night I sometimes see what appears to be a hazy blue area in my distance vision. There does not seem to be any association with other lights or objects. Althought it does not cause any alarm, it is noticable as if there was a blue hazy light out there.his is a relatively new issue. I am not on anything like Viagra or similar drugs.
