Occasional Panic, Anxiety Moments, Vitamin D Below Range. All Tests And Scans Normal. Suspected Symptoms Of Mini Stroke. Possible Premenopausal Symptoms?

I was told that I experienced symptoms of mini-strokes. Yet, other doctors didn't see it as that. Though all my tests, (CT scan, MRI, Carotid ultrasound) were normal. CBC was normal though Vitamin D was below range. Let me mention also about the panic/anxiety moments I also experience. I am over 50 years of age. Question is - can this be anything related to premenopausal because I am still having cycles, yet not regularly?

hello user,
The feeling of panic moments, anxiety and other constitutional symptoms are due to fluctuations in levels of female hormones in your blood.
As your age is 50 and you are still getting menses, it is clear that you are having premenopausal symptoms.
If you're very severely affected then you can start hormone therapy by discussing with endocrinologist.

As far as your tests are concerned they came out to be normal, so it might be normal physiological process and yeah do take calcium supplements and vitamin D, as bone becomes weak after menopause in some patients.

hope I helped you with above info

Hi,.
As your all reports are normal, it seems that your all symptoms might be due to Pre-menopausal symptoms.
At this age there is some hormonal changes going on giving rise to hormonal imbalance causing all problems.
Consult your Gynaec and get examined.
Ok and take care.
