Old Aged, Foreskin Shrinking, Unable To Retract For Cleaning. Any Alternative To Circumcision To Alleviate This Problem?

How can I circumvent the need for surgery to solve a problem with my penis. You see, I am not circumcised, and as I`ve gotten older, (70) the foreskin seems to be shrinking, and I cannot re-tract my foreskin for cleansing, and sex is almost impossible. I`m in the process of consulting a urologist in considering circumscision to alleviate this problem. What I want to know is, is there and alternative to circumscision, like skin stretching medication to help my situation. Please help!

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is termed as Phimosis.

As this is common symptom of presentation of Diabetes Please get your blood tests for fasting and post lunch sugar done to rule out Diabetes .

The only safest and surest option of treating Phimosis is to get circumcised .
It is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a outpatient procedure and offers permanent cure.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for further treatment.
