Old Aged, Suffer From Frost Bite. Feet Uncomfortably Cold, Painful. Did Nerve Examination With Inconclusive Result. Suggestions

I'm looking for a reason that my feet feel uncomfortably cold ,continually to the point of being a painful. My Dr did a circlulatory and sort of a nerve exam with inconclusive results. I am not diabetic. I suffered severe "frost bite" while I served in Antartica in the early 70's. I don't believe there is a corelation since this affliction started only a few years ago, My age may cntribute to the problem, I'm a male, born in 1928, retired from the Military in1981.Any sugestions?

You should do a Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA) to see the status of vascular supply of the affected part,it may be a case of Ischemic rest pain.
