On Diluadid. How To Take The Dosage?
I'm helping a family member who has been in the hospital for 3 weeks. She was on Diluadid the whole time in hospital. She was on a four hour rotation of getting the Dilaudid of 1mg by IV. She has been prescribed 2mg pills to come home on.
How many weeks should it take to get her physical dependence down off of dilaudid?
