On Nuvaring. Now Periods Irregular, Spotting, Swollen Breasts Heartburn. Pregnancy Test Negative. Chances Of Pregnancy?

I am 34 years old. I have been on Nuvaring for 11 months. My last 3 periods have been extremely irregular: spotting and/or brown discharge and only last 1 day (my periods are usually 4 -5 days). I have swollen breasts (where I am actually getting stretch marks), VERY sore nipples, cramps in my lower abdomen, heartburn, mood swings, back pain and I have the "bump". About 6 weeks ago I took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative. What are the chances that I am pregnant?

When you are on Nuvaring, the chances of pregnancy are minimal. The irregular spotting that you are having is commonly seen with Nuvaring. This does not indicate pregnancy.
