On Saturday A Started To Experience A Stabbing Pain In

On Saturday a started to experience a stabbing pain in my left side about 3 fingers above my hip bone. Sunday the pain increase and couldn't produce a bowel movement even though I felt I had to. Figuring I was constipated I took laxatives and produced a bowel movement. Since the pain is still there but has spread across my whole lower abdomen. It is sensitive to pressure, when I sit and then stand and to jarring movements like a bumpy car ride, no desire to eat and when I do eat it upsets my stomach. I took a home test for uti and it came back negative. Help please. It has also been 24 hours since I took the laxatives and I have ate light foods non greasy.
