On Sunday I Had To Use The Bathroom But Someone

On Sunday I had to use the bathroom but someone was in there so I held it for a couple of hours and lets say 12:30 - 5 pm (I had completed forgotten about it) when I peed it was very concentrated and smelled bad. The next time I urinated it was concentrated but not as much. The next day the smell went away. I havent held in my pee for very long after that, and when I got home I notice blood coming out when I peed (out of my vagina, not my urethra) only a few drops of blood came out not enough to turn the water pink or red. And it'll just stop. when I wipe its reddish and if I wipe again there's no more, just clear. Should I be worried ? Btw I also did get a TB shot on Sunday if that has anything to do with it.
