On Sunday I Had Un Protected Sex With A Women

On Sunday i had un protected sex with a women and by monday afternoon tip of my penis and foreskin started itching and by tuesday morning i had red bumps all over the tip and as well as the inside foreskin was severly red with white substance. On wednesday i washed my penis with soap and removed white substance and cleaned it twice. By thursday bumps disappeared and the redness & itching has almost diminished but i feel itchy once a day very minimal. This morning on i see white layer of skin outside my penis that seems to flake or peel off.. Do you think these are symptoms of STD? I did my std test next day of my sex and results were negative, but i was suggested to take test again after three weeks. Please help me
