On An A Night I Wake Up Drenched In Sweat

On an a night I wake up drenched in sweat mainly from my groin at first I thought I had wet myself but it's also the back of my head, my chest and my back. The sweat has a strong vinegar like smell to it. I often suffer with UTIs but am also on anti depressants (sertraline 100mg). At the moment I think u could have a UTI could this be what is causing my sweats? When u wake up, I feel slightly disorientated and absolutely freezing.
