On And Off Itchy, Painful, Pins And Needle Rashes On Hands, Arms, Back And Thighs. Small White Bumps With Red Area. Any Ideas?

i've been getting a rash that comes and goes for the last couple of months. Mostly on my hands and arms but i've also started to feel it on my back and thighs. Although my hands are the worst. It feels lke itchy, painful pins and needles then the feeling passes. It usually leaves small white bumps around a red area after it subsides. The signs of a rash are usually gone with half an hour. Any idea what it is?

Hi,
It seems that you are having urticaria.
There are many causes of urticaria.
Like.. Food, infections,worms,sun rays, pollution, pollens, cold,physical,pressure allergic,drugs,psychological,immunogic,Internal diseases and so on...
It may be without cause.. Idiopathic.
For perfect diagnosis, you consult dermatologist.
He may come to conclusion after taking history and seeng investigation reports of
necessary blood tests.
Antihistaminics may be taken for long time..
Elemination of cause if found..
