On And Off Loud Humming In Right Ear Followed By Dizziness, Cold Sweats, Fast Bowel Movement Making The Sound Go Away. Have Migraine. Connected?
I ve had a Very loud humming in my right ear on & off for weeks. I believe I had a vagus nerve reaction this morning. Woke up dizzy, cold sweats, had a fast bowel movement and the humming in my ear seems to have gone away. Is all this connected? I ve had these episodes before with a bad migraine. The Migraine goes away after I throw up.

From history it seems that you might be having vertigo giving rise to humming in ears.
Vertigo can also gives sensation of dizziness, nausea and some bowel movement.
It is likely that after vomiting due to vertigo, you feel better of from humming.
Migriane headache can also relieved after vomiting.
