On And Off Pain In Chest, Severe Headache, Back Pain. Have Allergic Problems With Cold. Any Heart Related Problems?

hi doctor,
i am gokul from india. it is about my mom, she always complaints that she fell pain in chest, some times it will be there some times not . she is also having back pain & some times severe head ache also. she is worried that she might have some heart related problems. she is a 47 year old house maker having 52 kg weight, 5 ft 4 in tall. she is lean and always have cold and other allergic problems.
is there any cardio vascular problems?? should we go for any drugs or medications??

Hi,
It seems that she might be having pre-menopausal symptoms.
There might behaving degenerative changes in bones and muscles and osteoporosis of bones.
Give her calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
