On And Off Pain In Shoulders, Twinge Of Pain To Left Of Sternum, Feeling Of Gas, Gurgling Stomach With Diarrhea. Possible Heart Attack?
I am 29 year old female, mother of three. I occasionally smoke and drink. I have been having should pain for months and occasionally pain in the center of my chest and sometimes a little to the left. For the last three days I have had off and on pain in my chest that feels like gas, my stomach has been gurgling and a little diarrhea. the chest pain is a little better today. I have been a little more tired than normal. Could this be a heart attack? Oh sometimes there is a mild twinge of a pain to the left of sternum. Thanks, Lisa

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some gastritis or acid reflux.
But to be on safe side go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment.
Take Omiprazole for 203 days.
