On And Off Sharp Stabbing, Cramping, Pain Under Rib Cage, Blurred Vision, Lightheadedness Followed By Sore Area. Thoughts?

I have had sharp stabbing, cramping, pain to my left under my rib cage. It felt like a balloon being squeezed in that area right before the pain began. It lasted for about 3 mins, then the feeling of the squeezed ballon subsided. The pain was so sharp and intense that my vision began to blur and became very light headed. After the occurrence , the area is sore. This has happened about 4 times now. What so u think?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some cardiac problem and requires evaluation.
Go for EKG and rule out coronary insufficiency or angina.
Consult physician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
