On Beta Blocker, Feel Light Headed, Weakness In Legs, Chest Heavy, Pulse Rate 41. Is This Dangerous?

I was on a beta blocker last week. It caused me to feel light headed, weakness in my legs, my chest felt heavy and I was very short of breath. I took a reading on my oxy-meter my oxygen was 98 and my pulse rate was 41. Was this a dangerous pulse rate in this situation?
