On Depo Shot. Nausea, Fatigue And Lower Abdominal Cramping. Spotting. Worried
I'm currently on the birth control shot Depo have been for the past 7 months but just recently I have noticed a few changes such as being nauseated, always tired, lower abdominal cramping, was bleeding constantly with depo and now it's down to a minimal dark red spotting and a couple days ago I went to wipe and a thick white mucous almost like snot discharge came out. My stomach at times feels like its on fire other times it's fine. My appetite has increased to where I can't seem to get full. I'm frequently going to the bathroom to urinate. Could you please help me

The symptoms you have could be due to infection in the vagina. If there is itching in the vagina it does confirm of you having vaginal infection. Such infections sometimes could be due to hormonal imbalance created by the depot preparations.
