On Insulin, Propyl Thro Uracil For Hypothyroidism, On Concor For Hypertension. Planning IVF. Next?

my wife have DM for which she is on insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents plus she is on propyl thio uracil for hypothyroidism . she is taking concor 5mg for hypertension . is it ok to add sofvasc in her medicine or increase the dose of concor because some time BP rises but it is a occasional matter . we are also planning for IVF . please do advoce.

thank you.you need not to add any drug.if BP is uncontrolled then the dose of concor may be increased.proper control of HTN,hyperthyroidism & HTN is very necessary for a succesful outcome of IVF.best of luck.
